Warming Up Again - 07/28/13
Hope you enjoyed our cooler weekend! Saturday's high only managed 90 degrees and Sunday's afternoon temps hovered in the mid to upper 90s. But the break is just about over. Thank high pressure for that. A hot and dry week lies ahead. We might fend off triple digits one more time on Monday - since there's still a decent amount of moisture in the air and there could be another morning of stubborn clouds and fog. But by Tuesday, any early fog and clouds will burn off faster - sending temperatures soaring a little quicker. I'm forecasting triple digits Tuesday through Saturday with no rain.
IN THE TROPICS
The storm formerly known as Dorian has a 30% (Medium) chance of regenerating into a tropical system. We'll keep a close eye on it.
