Marcia Ball Nominated For Best Blues Album

Long-time Austinite Marcia Ball is up for a Grammy this Sunday for her latest album Roadside Attractions.
It’s nominated for Best Blues Album, making this her fifth Grammy nomination in her career.
Described by many as a saucy singer and a superb pianist, Ball is known for her mix of Louisiana blues and Texas stomp-rock. She actively participates in music festivals including Austin City Limits.
