So you already knew that another one of these films was going to be made in the franchise if you saw the last one. The last clip in Part 5 showed that Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) was out there alive, who was killed in Part 4. Dwayne Johnson is back as a federal agent and seems to continue to pack the punch that the franchise need to keep thriving.

In the sixth installment of Fast and Furious, Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) comes to Dominic (Vin Diesel) and Brian (Paul Walker) where they are living undercover in the Canary Islands. He asks for their help to take down a corrupt organization of drivers who Letty is entangled in. When Hobbs reveals this to Dom, he gathers up his group and heads to London. But what’s in it for Dominic’s team? If they can pull this off, they can return home to Los Angeles and live peacefully with their families.

You have everything here that you have gotten out of the other films, except amped up even more. Pandemonium and havoc is here and even the comic relief seems to step up a notch, mainly thanks to Tej (played by Ludacris). Surprisingly, the plot stays strong, even if it’s a predictable film and over the top. But you already knew that.

Ken’s Movie Review Grading Scale

A – Superb and solid; a movie that will be etched in your mind 10 years from now

B – Good movie, so good in fact that you would want to see it again before it’s out of the        theaters; the story may drag in places

C – Average, entertaining at parts; you might want to wait and rent it

D – Lacks a lot from entertainment, plot, realism, development, etc.

F – Terrible and you will want to walk out of the movie; no redemptive qualities whatsoever
