Well designed desserts are like art forms; they can be so beautiful you almost don't want to take a bite. Of course we always do, and Chef Rob McDonald with the Travis High Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts is used to watching his art be eaten.

Raspberry White Chocolate Brownies are one of the desserts that will be featured at the second annual All Chocolate Affair.

Recipe for Raspberry White Chocolate Brownies

3 cups sugar
3 sticks butter, softened
5 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 1/2 cups cocoa
1 1/2 cups

Topping
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
1/8 cup white chocolate

9"x13" baking pan
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In large bowl, cream butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time, beating
Well after each addition.  Add dry ingredients and extract, beat until
Smooth. Spread into pan.  Drizzle with preserves. Bake for approximately 35
Minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
Completely.  Drizzle with melted white chocolate.  Let set until firm.Edible Art
