Gourmet Meals In Crappy Little Kitchens

Chef Jen began her culinary journey at the tender age of eight, burning spaghetti and confusing salt for sugar in a very scary Boston cream pie. Her culinary skills have come a long way since then! 

Currently, she's opening a brand new cafe in Austin, Texas called Premier Raw.  Not one to be behind on trends, Chef thought she'd see what this raw food movement was all about. Learning much and experimenting with flavors.
