Lunch Kit Love With Kendra Scott

Lunch Kit Love
This Valentine’s Day show your little ones how much you love them with a lunch box surprise- fun, festive food, a sweet treat, and a love note from mommy.
Supplies:
Heart shaped cookie cutters (various sizes)
Sandwich ingredients
1 red apple, 1 green apple
Brownie mix ingredients needed to bake brownies
Strawberry cake mix ingredients needed to bake cake
Cream cheese icing
Festive Valentine or Valentine’s Paper
Pen
How To:
Make your child’s favorite sandwich and use the cookie cutter to either cute one big heart shape, or use a smaller one to make a heart indention in bread.

Make the apple
Take the green apple and slice a side of it off.
Lay the apple piece flat, and use a small metal heart shaped cutter to cut through, forming a heart.
Lay the red apple flat and pierce the side with the same cookie cutter.
Remove the pierced apple skin with the help of a knife and insert the green apple heart into the space on the red

Bake the brownies:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line 48 cupcake cups with paper liners.
Whisk together the brownie mix, as directed on box.
Mix the cake mix, as directed on box.
Spoon the brownie batter into prepared cupcake cups, filling each cup 1/3 full. Spoon the cake batter over the brownie batter, until muffin cups are each 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and the tops spring back when lightly pressed, about 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and top with cream cheese frosting and conversation hearts.Lunch Kit Love With Kendra Scott
