Quentin Tarantino In Concert

Updated: Friday, February 10 2012, 02:27 PM CST
Fans of movie director Quentin Tarantino are going to get the chance to see his films in an entirely new way. Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2 are some of his films that are being brought to life in a concert setting.

For the Record: Tarantino in Concert is a live show that is a unique fusion of music, theater and film. It celebrates songs and moments from the body of work by a featured director.

For the Record: Tarantino in Concert was originally staged a year and a half ago in Los Angeles as the first show in the For the Record series. Now it's coming to Austin during SXSW. Show executives say it’s a good fit because Tarantino in Concert brings together the music, film and interactive mediums.

For the Record: Tarantino in Concert

  • Wed, March 14
  • 8 p.m.
  • The Long Center for the Performing Arts
  • Tickets are $24 to $49
