APD Looking For Downtown Robbery Suspects

Police are asking for the public's help in finding the suspects involved in at least two robberies in the Downtown Austin area earlier this month.

Investigators say on Saturday, Nov. 2 at around 2:40 a.m. in the 90 block of San Jacinto Boulevard a woman was robbed by three suspects.

Police say they believe the suspects were also involved in a robbery earlier that night at the intersection of West Avenue and 8th Street. That robbery victim was able to give investigators a better description of two of the suspects for a composite sketch.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1 (pictured)
- Black female, 20s
- 5'7"-5'8" tall, 175lbs, heavyset
- Wearing: blue hoodie with hood up, blue jeans

Suspect 2 (pictured)
- Black male, 20s
- 5'7"-5'8" tall, less than 200lbs
- Wearing: red satin jacket (similar to old satin baseball jackets) with red/white stripes at cuffs, red flat-billed hat, large diamond stud earrings in each ear, blue jeans

Suspect 3
- Black male, 20s
- 5'4"-5'5" tall, 120-130lbs
- Wearing: light gray sweater, khaki pants

The suspect vehicle is described as:
- Possibly maroon SUV or Crossover
- Possibly a Kia or Hyundai
- Early 2000s model
- Tan bumpers and molding that went over wheel wells and along bottom rocker panels
- No spare tire on back
- 7 character LP possibly starts with B04 and possibly ends with M907

They were known to last be traveling southbound on I-35 towards the Oltorf Street area.
