Restaurant Jezebel is the epitome of a chef-owned eatery. Combining traditional fine dining with a modern perspective, Chef Parind Vora creates an atmosphere of artful, inventive cuisine. Our approach is a tailor-made twist on typical fine dining.
Restaurant Jezebel boasts Austin's only completely prix fixe menu, wherein the courses are not predetermined. After being asked questions that reveal your individual preferences, dishes are created to reflect your answers. Parind isnt committed to a certain style," but rather, draws on his experiences to guide him in preparing dishes that are culturally accurate but with extra elegance.
This taste for powerful flavor combinations doesnt go unnoticed. Since opening Jezebel, he has been invited to cook for the oldest winery in Spain as well as the world renowned James Beard House in New York City. Parind's food has big flavors and is seasoned assertively, yet is nuanced, complex, and most importantly, balanced. He creates the entire menu at Jezebel in order to take advantage of local, seasonal products... a menu that can only come from skill, understanding and exuberance.
