Dec. 28: Fridays With Uncle Fred

Updated: Saturday, August 3 2013, 04:08 PM CDT

The last Friday of the year.  Thanks to Taco Shack for supporting the broadcasts.

Erica Macioge from Capital Metro suggested we take the bus to avoid the parking hassles downtown on New Year's Eve.  Cap Metro services will be FREE that night beginning at 6 p.m.  Follow the link below to their site where they have an interactive guide to plan your trip.

Mark Cross from TxDOT reminded us that the cash toll booths are going away from our local toll roads.  Starting with the New Year you either pay automatically with a TxTag or you will be billed by mail.  The bill-by-mail method means you'll pay a higher toll rate and an administrative fee.  So follow the link below and get your toll tag.
