How To Survive The Holidays Without Weight Gain

Tim Kaderli with Synergy Fitness Boot Camp has put out a list of tips to help you get through the holidays without worrying about weight gain.  At the top of his list:
 
Don’t go to holiday parties hungry
    I know a lot of people who skip meals during the day because they know they're going to be lots of food at the soiree.  Kaderli says it's important to keep your blood sugar level constant throughout the day.
 
Bye bye booze
    For some people the bar may be the highlight of the holiday party.  But Kaderli says avoid alcohol to keep your boyish or girlish figure.
 
Avoid the slippery slope
    You know there's a "trigger food" that you know you'll eat and eat and eat if you just get a taste of it.  Before you know it, you've eaten all of it.  Avoid the first step on this slippery slope.
