Round Rock Apartment Residents Still Waiting For Water

Some residents at one Round Rock apartment complex are waking up Christmas morning with no running water. More than 20 units are without water at the Enclave at La Frontera Apartments. Tenants told us management said there were leaks that needed to be fixed.

Tenants say they were told management would be back on Wednesday. That could mean another 24 hours to get the water back on. Tuesday morning, there were signs of repair in progress, with a hole dug in the ground outside the building and several pipes lying nearby. While management put a notice on the doors Sunday regarding the repair efforts, many residents still frustrated, wanting an explanation behind the leak.

Tenants tell us water was shut off at the entire complex Monday.
       
Residents at the complex told KEYE TV the property manager told them they would do their best to solve the issue. Management did offer vacant apartments for residents to take showers and get water.
