Storm Tracker Forecast

Updated: Monday, July 28 2014, 06:29 AM CDT

Expect another round of hot temperatures today with highs in the upper-90s and heat indices (feels like temperatures) in the low-100s.

Changes begin this week with a cold front sagging south over North Central Texas tonight.  This will bring a slight chance for a few showers later today and tonight, mainly over our northern counties, including Burnett, Williamson, and Milam.

Our cold front will linger across North Central Texas over the next few days, giving us a chance for rain each day this week.  The front is expected to finally push south over the weekend, bringing the best chance for rain Friday and Saturday.  We may also get a nice cool down, with highs dropping into the 80s on Saturday!
