Updated: Thursday, April 3 2014, 08:09 AM CDT

The execution of two Texas inmates are temporarily on hold, but the Attorney General's office plans to fight the decision.

A Federal Appeals Court is halting the lethal injection of Tommy Lynn Sells and Romiro Hernandez-LLanas.

Their attorneys want to know the indentity of the supplier of the lethal injection drugs.

But the state of Texas argues, that announcing that information could put the drug maker at risk.

Attorneys argue the inmates have a right to know, so they can verify the quality of the drug.
