Updated: Friday, December 13 2013, 05:59 PM CST

If you're looking for winter entertainment, you may want to head to Chaparral Ice. From classes to holiday shows, they have it all.
Saturday, December 14th 60 ice skating students will put on Austin's only holiday ice show. "Christmas past and presents" starts at 4:15 pm. Reserved on-ice VIP seating is $10 and general admission is free with a donation of one non-perishable food item for Capital Area Food Bank.

Besides taking skating classes, you can also join a hockey team or learn the art of curling with the help from instructors at Lone Star Curling Club. In honor of this year's Olympics, instructors we have 4 learn-to-curl sessions on February 16 and 23. The classes are $20 and include 30 minutes off ice instruction and 60 minutes on the ice.

For those who want to try their hand at any of these sports, there are free classes offered. Click on the video above to learn about them.
