Round Rock Terror Suspect's Court Hearing Reset

Updated: Monday, June 30 2014, 03:56 PM CDT

The court hearing for a Round Rock man accused of providing material support to terrorists has been reset.

Rahatul Khan, 23, is charged with conspiring to provide material support to terrorists. Investigators say from March 2011 to January 2012, Khan allegedly conspired with others to recruit persons to travel overseas to support terrorist activities including committing violent jihad.

His court hearing has now been set for August 8.

He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Michael Wolfe, 23, was arrested the same day as Khan earlier this month in a separate investigation. He pleaded guilty last week to providing material support to terrorists. His sentencing date has not yet been set.
