Sexual Assault Trial Against Former Leander HS Football Player Continues

Updated: Wednesday, July 9 2014, 06:14 PM CDT

The criminal trial continued Wednesday against a former Leander High School football standout accused of sexually assaulting two young boys.

Greg Kelley watched via closed circuit TV as his two accusers testified in court.

The first alleged victim, comforted by his favorite stuffed animal, told prosecutors Kelley molested him on two separate occasions.

"He asked you if he could put his pee pee in your mouth and you told him no," asked assistant district attorney Geoffrey Puryear.

The child said Kelley did it anyway.

The alleged abuse happened inside an in-house daycare in Cedar Park where Kelley was living at the time.

Late Wednesday afternoon the jury also heard from the second alleged victim. But his testimony seemed to hurt the state's case, claiming Kelley never did anything wrong.

"Did Greg touch you in any way? Did you ever touch Greg," asked assistant district attorney Sunday Austin.

The boy said he didn't.
