Our Your Voice Your Future Town Hall: Concussions in Sports took place at the Seton Healthcare Family Administrative Offices, directly across from Dell Children's Medical Center.
Dr. Michael Reardon, Neurologist at Dell Children's Medical Center
Reardon is board certified in Neurology and Psychiatry. Among with special interests are concussions and traumatic brain injuries.
Robert Jones, Former All-Pro Linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys
Jones lives in Austin. He has two sons playing college football and a son playing at Westlake High School. He says he had four to five concussions during his career.
Ryan Dolmanet, Former Lake Travis High School football player
Dolmanet received a severe concussion during a game in 2012. He saw three neurologists and needed vision and balance therapists. He had to cut in time in class by half, stop using the computer and spend hours in a dark room. He had to quit football.
Beck Brydon, head football coach, Regents School of Austin
Brydon has coached at Regents for 14 years including five state titles and seven trips to the title game. He has been on the forefront of safety on the football field.
