Longhorns Look To Start Season Off With A Win

The Longhorns begin their 120th season of football this Saturday night as they open with the Wyoming Cowboys from the Mountain West Conference.

The Horns are 99-17-3 in season-opening games. In the last 14 openers, Texas has outscored their opponents 653-152.

Saturdays contest marks the 5th time Wyoming and Texas have met. The Horns hold a 4-0 series lead. The last time they met was in 2010 in Laramie. Texas won that match 34-7.
