Walmart kicked off its Black Friday sale early this year. Stores across the country opened their doors to bargain hunters at 8pm on Thanksgiving.
The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union helped organize similar demonstrations in cities across the U-S. Walmart called it a "union-funded publicity stunt."
