Santa Claus Arrested At State Capitol
A man dressed in a Santa Claus costume was arrested Friday afternoon at the State Capitol Complex.
According to Robbie Barrera, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Safety, Santa was writing on the sidewalk with chalk when he was arrested.
Barrera did not say what he would be charged with.
