Body Of Man Found In Southeast Austin Ruled Not Suspicious
Police say the death of a man whose body was found in a Southeast Austin neighborhood on Christmas day is not suspicious.
Investigators say they responded to a deceased person call at around 11 a.m. in the 3000 block of Royster Street, just north of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and west of SH 130.
A resident of the neighborhood that KEYE TV talked to said the body was found in a car that had been parked on the side of the road for the past two or three days.
Police said the man's death was not considered suspicious after an autopsy was performed, but a final ruling will be made pending a toxicology test.
