Double Shooting Ends In Rescue At Austin Hotel

A double shooting in Williamson County Thursday night ended at an Austin hotel, where two victims were found following a call to 911.

Police say they responded to the call location, the Value Place Hotel which is located at 13689 North US Hwy 183, at about 10:30 p.m.

Austin Travis-County EMS transported one gunshot victim to Round Rock Hospital with possible life-threatening injuries, according to officials.

The second gunshot victim was reportedly still being cared for by paramedics on the scene.

According to police, the shooting occurred at 13500 Broadmeade in Williamson County and the victims drove to the hotel.

The shooting remains under investigation. Further information is not currently available.
