Do you want to sleep better, be in a better mood, have less aches and pains, and better hair, nails, skin - and lose weight? If you believe the hype - all that can be accomplished simply by cutting solid food from your diet.

It's everything you're supposed to eat.  But hardly anything you want. So to make getting her daily dose of fruits and veggies a little easier Marnie Colehour drinks them. "It's a life style change, but it's really easy, it's really good for you, and it tastes great," she says.

The liquid diet could leave you feeling hungry - and without the fiber or fats needed in a balanced diet. But with enough research on the foods you're liquefying - Colehour says it changed her life.
