Coast Guard: Disabled Cruise Ship Is Moving Again

They're close enough to see the shore, but there have been more delays and frustrations for the more than 4,000 people aboard the Carnival Triumph.

The ship, disabled by an engine room fire on Sunday, is again being towed toward the shore, after a broken towline earlier today left the vessel dead in the water.

There's no new estimate on what time tonight the ship will arrive in Mobile, Ala.

Passengers have been desperate to escape conditions that they say include food shortages, overflowing toilets and dark corridors.

The passengers face long bus rides or other travel hassles to get home once they arrive in Alabama.
