Austin Gas Prices Keep Going Up
Gas prices in Austin have jumped another six cents this week.
GasBuddy.com surveys 830 gas stations in Austin and discovered the average price is now $3.61. The national average increased three cents per gallon in the last week to $3.72.
Prices are now seven cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 45 cents more than a month ago. The national average jumped 42 cents per gallon during the last month and stands nine cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
