APD Working To Keep Crowds Safe During SXSW
As we enter the final weekend of South by Southwest the crowds are growing larger, and they're expected to exceed the more than 150,000 that attended last year.
It's an energy that invades Austin for two weeks like no other -- with thousands in attendance and the numbers increasing every year.
Auditorium Shores was packed Friday night with people watching the Flaming Lips. And Austin police officers are stationed throughout the downtown area to keep a close watch and make sure nothing gets out of control.
Angel Covarrubias talked to police to see what they're doing to keep the crowds safe.
