Blanco Co. Officials Identify Man Found In Burnt Out Truck
The Blanco County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of a man found in a burnt out truck Tuesday evening.
Lt. Bob Shelton with the Sheriff's Office says 54-year-old Jack Reames was found in the truck off of Highway 301, east of Johnson City.
Fire crews responded to the scene Tuesday night after the property owners where the truck was found reported it was on fire. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and discovered Reames inside.
Reames had been reported missing from Wichita Falls the same day he was found in the truck.
Officials are saying the death is suspicious, but would not elaborate on why. They say they are not looking for a suspect.
